Is Timothy Laurence Still Alive Or Dead?


The second husband of Princess Anne, daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, is Timothy Laurence, a retired Royal Navy officer. Laurence was born on March 1, 1955. Between 1986 to 1989, Laurence served as a result of the Queen’s equerry.

Laurence achieved his education at The New Beacon Preparatory School, Sevenoaks School in Kent, and University College, the University of Durham on a Naval Scholarship.

He later earned a Bachelor of Science with larger second class honors in geography from University College. He served as captain of his college cricket crew whereas in college and revealed the scholar newspaper Palatinate.

Laurence and Princess Anne had been wed on December 12, 1992, in a Church of Scotland ceremony at Crathie Kirk, close to Balmoral. Although he didn’t receive a peerage upon his marriage, the Queen named him her non-public aide-de-camp in 2008, and in June 2011, he was invested as a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.
